Songwriter Series instruments feature select tonewoods for their construction, based on their beauty, sound and durability, and cost-effective construction.

The Songwriter Series features select Mahogany for the back and sides of the instrument. The picture to the right does NOT do this wood justice. The wood has a rich luster that shines with a rich, almost three-dimensional appearance.

The top is solid Spruce (NOT a laminate), that is precisely planed for strength and resonance. One strum of a Songwriter guitar tells you that the woods involved are special, and provide clear, bell-like resonance and harmonics.

Both the back and top woods are precisely matched for an elegant, uniform appearance to the finished instrument.

Simple and Elegant, the Songwriter Series instruments have a hand-inlaid rosette (not a decal), and a solid black pickguard.

The fretboard and the bridge are solid Rosewood.

Advanced, scalloped bracing for the body of the guitar.

Fast and comfortable satin finish on the back of the neck.
